Danfo (UK) is a part of the Danfo Group, a public toilet specialist since 1969. With offices in London and Blackpool, Danfo (UK) Ltd was founded in 1995 to help improve standards of public toilets in Britain.
Public Toilet Issues
For many years, local authorities and other public toilet providers have struggled with vandalism and high maintenance costs. The investment needed to improve existing facilities and build new installations has not been available and as a result, many public toilets are in a poor state.
Danfo aims to challenge this.
An Established Solution
Danfo recognises that anti-social behaviour is an unfortunate fact and that councils are often forced to prioritise their spending. However, these are not necessarily barriers to providing better public toilets.
All our toilet installations are designed and built for you at our plant in Sweden. This allows us to tailor the buildings to your needs. Coupled with proper maintenance, Danfo has found that incidents of vandalism are reduced and standards are raised.
And by allowing a public toilet expert to manage your facilities, maintenance costs can also be cut.
Public Toilet Partnership
Danfo works in partnership with local councils and other facility providers to bring better public toilets to Britain.
We are able to offer unique, customised solutions to clients from all walks of life. One example of this is our Butterfly urinal, which was designed for Westminster Council as a space-saving installation to help prevent on street urination in the narrow streets around St Martin’s in the Fields.
Raising Awareness of Public Toilets
Danfo is also committed to raising public awareness of the importance of public toilets, supporting the important work of the British Toilet Association.
