Danfo’s Environmental Policy

All of Danfo’s operations, from design to production, and afterwards, is governed by our Environmental Policy. This document has been developed by the company to provide guidelines for all our actions and states that we will always:

  • Continuously develop our products and services to reduce impact on environment and health.
  • Strive for continuous improvement and reduce the occurrence of pollution.
  • Work actively to reduce consumption of energy and other natural resources.

Teaming up for Greener Public Toilets

Spreading awareness of green issues is important and for this reason, Danfo’s employees are also actively involved in the environmental work.

In addition to our overall Environmental Policy, Danfo’s employees nominate annual environmental goals governing the company’s and staff’’s efforts the coming year. As an example of the success of this team approach to green issues, Danfo has reduced its annual energy consumption by 20%.

The Danfo Group is environmentally certified in accordance with international standards ISO 14001.

This achievement means that we are designated an eco management company; in other words, Danfo is  officially recognised as a public toilet provider with good environmental management principles.
