Modulet New build 141 + Changing Places.
Complete rebuild of an old Victorian shelter which had no services and required extensive design. The old toilets were underground and had been closed for some time. The new toilets included the first Changing Places room fully designed and installed by Danfo which was received with much acclaim from local disability and access groups. Completed in June 2010 and opened up the first changing Places toilet for Southend-on-Sea Borough Council.
